Overview
Jinxter Labs is the trading name of Rowena Simon Ruiter, a sole proprietor. These terms cover your use of Jinxter Labs ("we", "us") apps, including SFX Showtime Pro and KaraYou, our website, and any JinxterLabs account. By creating an account, downloading an app, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
A JinxterLabs account is required to buy a license and to manage licenses, devices, and subscriptions from the dashboard. One account works across every Jinxter Labs app. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address - it's how we deliver license keys, verification links, and account notices. You must be old enough in your country to enter into this agreement, or have a parent/guardian's consent to do so.
Licenses & Purchases
Buying a license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on the number of devices your license permits. You're not buying the software itself or any copy of its source code - all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Checkout is run by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax, and refunds; refund requests are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard; cancelling keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for unless you choose immediate cancellation.
License keys are tied to your account and to the devices you activate them on. Don't share, sell, or publish your license key, and don't attempt to bypass or disable license or trial enforcement.
Free Trials
Where offered, free trials run for a fixed period from first use on a given device. Reinstalling the app or creating a new account doesn't extend or restart a trial that's already been used on that device.
Acceptable Use
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an app beyond what's expressly permitted by law.
- Don't use an app or its services to violate any law, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, our license server, or KaraYou's live request queues.
- Don't use KaraYou Live Requests to submit abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our apps and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Jinxter Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an app or service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using an app or delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including license-sharing or attempts to bypass license enforcement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitation of liability) continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our apps and services change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our apps or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
